Meet Jacquelyn
In graduate school, I decided I wanted to love what I do and do what I love. That’s why I received a Master’s in International Studies and concentration in Parks, Recreation and Tourism. I’ve lived my entire life in the South traveling through all the nooks and crannies of North Carolina from Murphy (mountains) to Manteo (coast) from Florida to Maryland.
Gaining experience along the way managing group sales at a NC mountain ski lodge, teaching kayaking, nature camps and tours on the Outer Banks of NC and managing nature events at the Raleigh Parks & Recreation, I took the next step to managing event planning in the hospitality industry.
I love to share and show the beauty and culture of the Triangle, North Carolina and the South Eastern region.
Waiting tables, bartending, hosting, you name it, I’ve done it. I put my experience in the restaurant industry and parlayed that as owner of Triangle Food Tours, the original walking food tour company in four Triangle cities. It was a natural fit.

From business team building events, two hour or day outing to family reunions, I’ve lead thousands of people on all types of tours and adventures.
